According to Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service currently (December 7, 2006) there are 83 single family homes on the market in Folly Beach.
The least expensive property listed is a ranch style home located at 402 E Cooper Avenue. The property features: two bedrooms, one bathroom, 1,348 square feet, built in 1948 and is listed at $510,000.
The most expensive property currently on the market is 811 W Ashley Avenue. The property has five bedrooms, six full baths, one half baths, 4,200 square feet, and was built in 2006. The home resides on a .25 beachfront lot. The list price is $3,195,000.
The average list price of the 83 properties is $1,272,833. The average price per square ft is $70225. The median price is $1,095,000. The average days on the market is 181 days.
Currently there are 2 properties under contract and 1 property in pending status. They include:
-904 E Ashley Avenue: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1239 square feet, built in 1950, List price: $795,000
-506 E Ashley Avenue: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1560 square feet, built in 1925, List price: $799,000
There is one pending property awaiting closing it is:
-220 E Erie Avenue: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2 half baths, 3150 square ft, built in 2005 and listed at $1,195,000.
The official selling prices of the pending and contingent properties won’t be available until said properties close.
