Beachwalk Villas
BeachWalk Villas are located near the business district on Folly Beach.
These condos were built in the mid-1990s and feature 1, 2 and 3 bed units. Each unit has a view of the ocean, some have bigger view corridors than
others. Some of the units have been update recently, and these units rarely come on the market.
There are no amenities beyond the beach and nearby downtown area. Each unit has couple of parking places and a small storage unit for bikes and beach chairs.
Historic Charleston is 15 minutes away.
