Palmetto Pointe Villas at Pea Island

Palmetto Pointe villas at Pea Island are located just off Folly Rd., about 4 miles from Folly Beach, SC.

These units were constructed in 2007 and 2008. They are all three beds and three full baths. They offer upscale townhome living overlooking the wetlands and marsh.

The townhomes have a pavilion area for residents that has a pool, and free WiFi. There are 3 deep water boat slips, a boat launch, crabbing dock, and fish cleaning station. Most homes have three stop elevators. The homes interiors feature granite counters, hardwood floors, upgraded lighting and crown molding. Palmetto Pointe villas are one of the few gate communities in the Folly Beach area.

You can get to the beach in about five minutes and access downtown Charleston, SC via James Island.
