Palmettos at Folly

Palmettos at Folly are located on Folly Road, as you enter Folly Beach.

This condo complex was built between 2001-2003. The units are all two beds and two full baths. They range in size from 800-1,000 sqft. Each unit has pull-under parking and a small storage building for your beach gear.

Most units have good long-views of the creeks and marshes. The units do not have any amenities. The insides of most have corian counters and hardwood floors in living area.

They are located within a five minute bike ride to the Folly Beach business district and are roughly 15 mins. to downtown Charleston, SC.
