The three interconnecting buildings of Pier Point Villas reside across the street from public beach access.

The complex was built in 2003 and consists of three bedroom, three bath units with 9 foot ceilings and screened-in porches. Each Villa is approximately 1385 square feet.

There are no amenities but there is elevator access to each building, covered parking (which is designated), and each homeowner receives a storage area which is located under the building next to the parking area.

Select units have ocean and pier views.
