Sandbar Condominiums were built in 1995 and are mostly 1 bed room units with approximately 700 sqft of heated and cooled living space.
The units are on the west end of the island, near Turtle Bay townhomes.
The condos are about six blocks from the ocean and many have long marsh views.
Most of the homes are used as second homes or rental units. The units have no amenities.
