Sunset Point
Sunset Point is one of the few, true neighborhoods on Folly Beach.
These single-family homes began construction in the late 1980′s and have spanned until 2008/09. The homes are all raised construction with pull-under parking.
The homes range in size and sqft. Most homes are in the 2,500 sqft. range.
The neighborhood has no amenities, but is close to the ocean and downtown Folly Beach.
Sunset Point is most popular with people who want to call Folly Beach home year-around. As of this posting, the C&R’s don’t allow for short-term rentals.
