Folly Beach Property

The “Washout” is located on the east end of Folly Beach and consist of a several mile run of E. Ashley Ave

This area of Folly is most popular with surfers and people who desire to own a home that is oceanfront with river views. The homes on this end of the island range is size and some of the islands larger oceanfront homes are situated here. A few of the homes have river access from the properties rear.

The “Washout” is also closest to the historically significant, Morris Island lighthouse. Downtown Folly Beach is about a 5 minute ride away and Historic Charleston is about 20 minutes by car and 5 minutes by boat.
