Turn of River

Just before the Folly River Bridge, is the four-story, elevated Turn of the River condominium complex.

Built from 1998 to 2000, Turn of the River consists of approximately 30 units with two bedrooms and  one bath or three bedrooms and three baths. Condos range in size from 1050 to 1500 square feet.

Select units have views of the Folly River, Morris Island lighthouse and/or Marina.

Homeowners enjoy the community pool as well as the deep water dock. There is private parking.
