Turtle Bay
Turtle Bay town house community consists of 15 buildings in all with two units in each building. Each town house consists of 1550 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths.

The units are all three stories high with the first level devoted to parking (enclosed two car garage as well as a one car carport). The third floor has the master bedroom with a balcony which is not screened-in. The master bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower. Also on the third level is an additional bedroom with a full bath.
The community has a pool that overlooks the waterway as well as a dock house. Fee simple ownership with a homeowners association.
