The Preserve at Clam Farm

The Preserve at Clam Farm is located on Folly Rd. a few miles from Folly Beach.

The development has plans to consist of 62 units that will be either 3 or 4 bedrooms and range in size from 1,400 to 1,700 sqft. The homes will be raised construction to help capture the natural beauty that surrounds the area. Some have elevators or elevator shafts. Most all have marsh or long river/creek views.

Some of the appointments will include granite countertops; GE stainless steel appliances; custom wood cabinets; hardwood and tile flooring; a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and dual sinks in the master bath; and carpet in the secondary bedrooms.

Amenities include: a pool with sundeck and cabana; a community dock, plus the option to purchase a personal boat dock (subject to availability).

The Preserve at Clam Farm is about 15 minutes or so from Historic Charleston.
