Waterfront Point

Waterfront Point are townhomes across the street from Crosbys Seafood on Folly Rd.

These homes were built in 2000. They are mostly 3 bedrooms, but there are a few that are 4 beds. The townhomes are roughly 2,245 sqft.

The units have nice finishes on the inside including granite counters, 9 foot ceiling and tile and hardwood flooring. Most units have boat slips and share a dock with their neighbor. They have gorgeous views from the front and back of the homes. Parking for 4 cars, and plenty of storage space underneath the homes.

They are about 2 miles to sand on Folly Beach and roughly 15 minutes to downtown Charleston.
